There are some demerit points of team work, nowadays mostly people do not want to work in the groups because they do not like to share their ideas and ability in front of other members. Other thing is that it is not possible for all to do work in a group because they see it as torture and are not feel comfortable.



The gathering can be divided into subgroups   
  • When an issue emerges, group will split into different parts.
  • The subgroups will be framed in light of individual affinities.
  • Few people to wind up defending thoughts or positions based.
  • It is advisable to energize connection among all individuals from the gathering.
  • It is clear that separated team will be weaker.
